About

My approach stems from a lifelong curiosity about the relationship between the body, mind, and the way we live.

I’ve had a deep interest in nutrition, medicine and psychology for as long as I can remember. My first encounter with Tibetan Medicine was in 2018 while living in New York, when I consulted a local Tibetan Medicine practitioner. The recommended treatment had a significant positive effect on my health and changed the way I understood the body. I began to see health as something deeply interconnected, where different aspects of our lives can influence how we feel and function. I began studying Tibetan Medicine in 2021, and since 2024 I have been practicing it on a daily basis.

Movement has also been a major part of my life. I’m a trained dancer and have years of experience with different dance styles, strength training, mobility work, and techniques for relieving muscle tension. Through years of working with my own body, I developed a particular interest in chronic pain and the ways in which tension patterns are created.

In recent years, my attention has increasingly turned towards the nervous system and emotional regulation. I became deeply interested in understanding different nervous system states, how they affect our physical and emotional wellbeing, and what we actually need to return to a more balanced state.

Today, I bring together what I have learned through Tibetan Medicine, modern health science, movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and my own experience of observing the relationship between the body, mind, and everyday life. Rather than looking at one symptom or one area in isolation, I look at the bigger picture, searching for the patterns underneath and the changes that may make the greatest difference.

Above all, my practice is grounded in an open heart and deep compassion. I genuinely care about the wellbeing of every person I work with. I believe in meeting each individual with kindness, curiosity, and respect, and creating a space where they can better understand themselves and what they need.
