Important information
Sessions are intended for educational and general wellbeing purposes. They draw on traditional Tibetan Medicine principles and contemporary health and lifestyle knowledge but do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.
Traditional assessments, including visual observations, are used within the framework of Tibetan Medicine and are not equivalent to clinical diagnostic tests. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical symptoms, existing conditions, medications, or changes to prescribed treatment.

Following payment, you will receive an intake form by email. Please complete it in as much detail as possible. You will also be asked to provide photographs of your tongue, eyes, and urine as part of the traditional Tibetan Medicine assessment process.
Please submit your completed intake form at least 24 hours before your Session.

Your Session takes place privately over Zoom. No AI note-taking tools or meeting recordings are used.
We will explore your health history, current concerns, diet, sleep, digestion, lifestyle, emotions, and stress levels to better understand your overall wellbeing and nervous system patterns. We will also discuss your most pressing questions and any emotional concerns you would like to address.
Following the Session, you will receive a comprehensive, multi-page personal plan by email. This will summarize our observations and provide practical recommendations to support your wellbeing. All suggestions are tailored to your individual circumstances and designed to fit your existing lifestyle as much as possible.
You will receive your personal plan within 1–3 business days after the Session.
You are welcome to email me with questions, including those that arise as you begin incorporating the suggestions into your daily life.
The Session is designed to help you better understand your body and develop practical ways to support your wellbeing over time. Putting the recommendations into practice is an important part of making meaningful, lasting changes.

The Session lasts approximately 90 minutes, although it may be slightly shorter or longer depending on your individual concerns and the number of questions you have.
I recommend reserving two hours in your schedule so you don't need to rush into another activity immediately afterward. This also allows you a little quiet time to reflect on the information before returning to your daily routine.
-
If you need to reschedule, you can do so through the link in your Calendly confirmation email or by contacting me at lpeetermann@gmail.com.
You may cancel your Session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the Session, a 50% cancellation fee applies. In the event of a no-show, the full Session fee is retained.
Any applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Payment processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount, where permitted by applicable law.

Choose a quiet, private space with a reliable internet connection, a clear microphone, and good lighting so you can keep your camera on.
Being able to see and hear each other clearly is important, as visual observation is part of the traditional Tibetan Medicine assessment process.
If possible, allow yourself a little quiet time before and after the Session to settle in, reflect, and absorb the information.
You don't need to worry about taking notes unless you prefer to. All recommendations will be organized into a written personal plan and sent to your email within 1–3 business days after the Session.
You are also welcome to send additional questions by email.
-
The first Session is designed to be complete in itself, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of your current wellbeing and practical guidance to move forward.
However, our bodies are constantly changing. Weather, seasons, age, stress levels, diet, and lifestyle can all influence how we feel and function.
If new concerns arise, you have additional questions, would like to revisit your wellbeing, need support with implementing changes, or simply wish to share your progress, you are welcome to schedule another Session.
I recommend allowing some time between Sessions so that you can incorporate the suggestions into your daily routine and observe how your body responds.
Just as patterns and imbalances can develop gradually, meaningful changes often take time, consistency, and patience.

My approach combines traditional Tibetan Medicine, modern science-based knowledge, and nervous system regulation practices, supported by deep and compassionate listening.
These approaches share many areas of interest and offer different perspectives on the relationship between physical health, emotional wellbeing, and everyday life.
Tibetan Medicine forms the foundation of the Session. It is a traditional system of health and wellbeing with a history spanning thousands of years. Although it originated in Tibet, many of its observations about lifestyle, nutrition, and the relationship between body and mind can be explored alongside contemporary scientific understanding.
In Tibetan Medicine, the natural world and the human body are understood through five elements: air, fire, earth, water, and space.
Together, these elements form the macrocosm, or universe, and the microcosm, or living beings. According to this traditional framework, every person has a unique natural combination of these elements, which influences their constitution, temperament, and bodily processes.
For example, one person may have a stronger fire element, while another may have a stronger wind element. Within Tibetan Medicine, these differences are used to understand individual tendencies, including digestion, energy, and responses to the environment.
One of the central principles of Tibetan Medicine is that the effect of any substance or practice depends on the individual and their current state of balance.
Traditionally, this is expressed through the idea that something may act as either a medicine or a poison, depending on the circumstances. A food that is considered supportive at one time may be less suitable at another.
For this reason, Tibetan Medicine approaches nutrition as a dynamic and individualized practice. Dietary recommendations may change according to the seasons, personal constitution, emotional state, digestion, lifestyle, and other factors.
I combine this traditional perspective with contemporary knowledge of nutrition, movement, stress physiology, and nervous system regulation.
The intention is to help you understand your individual patterns, recognize the factors influencing your wellbeing, and make informed, practical choices that support greater balance in everyday life.
