Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 November 2026

These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and the purchase and delivery of our personalised wellness advisory services.

By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the service provider

The services are provided by:

Peetermann Solutions OÜ
Registered in Estonia
Registry code: 12386513
Registered address: Sihi 175-2, Tallinn 10918, Estonia

2. Nature of the service

Our personalised wellness advisory draws on principles of Traditional Tibetan Medicine (Sowa Rigpa), alongside contemporary knowledge of nutrition, physiology, lifestyle and wellbeing.

The service is designed to help you better understand your individual patterns and make informed choices concerning areas such as:

  • Nutrition and digestion

  • Daily routines and lifestyle

  • Sleep and rest

  • Movement and physical wellbeing

  • Stress and nervous system regulation

  • Emotional wellbeing and mindfulness

Recommendations are tailored to the information you provide and are intended to support general health and wellbeing.

Our services are educational and wellness-oriented, not medical services.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

We do not recommend that you discontinue or change prescribed medication or medical treatment. Always consult your treating healthcare professional before making changes to your medical care.

3. Eligibility and client responsibilities

By purchasing a service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

  • You will disclose relevant information about your health, medication, supplements, allergies and dietary restrictions.

  • You understand the nature and limitations of the service.

  • You will seek appropriate medical care for health concerns requiring clinical assessment or treatment.

You are responsible for your own decisions and for how you choose to apply the recommendations provided.

If you have an urgent or potentially serious medical concern, contact an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service rather than relying on our advisory service.

4. Booking and payment

Consultations are booked online through our scheduling system.

The applicable service description, price and payment terms will be displayed before purchase.

Payment must be completed as specified during booking or checkout. A booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.

All prices will be clearly displayed before payment. Any applicable taxes will be included or identified before you complete your purchase.

5. Consultations and delivery

Consultations are delivered remotely through online video communication, unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable internet connection, a private environment and the necessary equipment to participate.

Before your consultation, you may be asked to complete an intake form and provide relevant information. This allows us to prepare for your individual assessment.

Written recommendations or additional materials will be delivered in the format and within the timeframe specified in the service description.

6. Rescheduling and missed appointments

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as used and may not be eligible for a refund, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

If we need to reschedule or cancel a consultation, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund for the undelivered service.

7. Right of withdrawal and cancellations

If you purchase a service online as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase under applicable consumer protection legislation.

If you request that a consultation or service begins before the end of this withdrawal period, we will obtain your express request before commencing.

If you withdraw after the service has begun, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided, where permitted by law.

Where a service has been fully performed following your express request to begin during the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, that right may end.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

8. No guaranteed outcomes

Every individual is different. Results depend on many factors, including personal circumstances, consistency, health status and choices made outside the consultation.

We do not guarantee specific health, physical, emotional or lifestyle outcomes.

Our recommendations represent professional guidance within the stated wellness scope, not a promise of a particular result.

9. Intellectual property

All materials provided through our services, including written recommendations, educational content, videos, documents, exercises and website content, are protected by intellectual property laws.

They are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, share or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission.

10. Confidentiality and personal information

We treat information shared during consultations as confidential and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal and health information is collected, used, stored and protected.

11. Limitation of responsibility

We take reasonable care in preparing and delivering our services based on the information you provide.

However, our services are not a substitute for individual medical assessment or treatment. We cannot accept responsibility for decisions made without appropriate medical advice where such advice is necessary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes to services and these Terms

We may update our services, prices and these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this website. The Terms applicable to your purchase will be those presented to you when you enter into the contract, subject to any changes required by law.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us first at lpeetermann@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve it directly.

Consumers retain the right to bring claims before the courts or relevant authorities available under applicable consumer protection law.
